Booking and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Important: We reserve the right to refuse service or leave a property if conditions are deemed unsafe for our staff. In such cases, cancellation fees may apply.
Liability and Insurance
CleanPro Cleaning Services carries comprehensive liability insurance to protect both our clients and our company. However, we require clients to:
- Secure or remove valuable items before our cleaning team arrives
- Inform us of any fragile or special-care items
- Ensure the property is safe for our staff to enter and work in
Damage Claims
Any claims for damage must be reported in writing within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate all claims and, if the damage is determined to be our responsibility, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion, up to the value of the service cost.
Missing Items
CleanPro Cleaning Services is not responsible for missing items unless a formal claim is filed within 24 hours of service completion with appropriate evidence.
Team Protection
Any form of harassment, abuse, or unsafe behavior toward our team members will result in immediate termination of service and may result in legal action. Our team has the right to work in a safe, respectful environment.
